User enter the party wise PO detail, like party account and barcode (in-house or branded), and item level adjustment will be done of this PO on purchase invoice after import barcode data from GRN
User enter the party details , transport name, LR number, total received cartons qty . System will generate the 12 digit unique barcode for each qty based on carton’s qty.
User can enter here anyone un-adjusted carton’s barcode and system will get the party a/c detail based on inward maintenance.
User select the party detail and fetched the barcode detail from PO details and import this data to select the PO pending items in the list.
Here user enter the party detail and system will be ready to identify the from location code for search the stock qty ( location wise) from available locations on sorting sequence.
This transaction used for fresh stock filling at store (based on planning department) from warehouse.
In this process user generate a pick slip and system will reserved stock with PICKING location name.
In this process user pick the items and fill the carton, and transaction will be save by user when carton filled up as per carton’s capacity
Based on above packing slip we can create a tax invoice, stock transfer issue, debit note.
Once slip used packing slip number will be recorded as an adjustment entry against underline stock transfer transaction to restriction of reuse the same packing slip.
In existing debit note transaction we will be plug the button (from PKGSLIP), user click on this button, which will work on party account code and pending packing slip number.
